There were also other foods improperly holding at temperatures between 46F to 48F in the walk-in cooler: three pans of raw chicken, hummus, cooked chickpeas, chicken lemon rice soup, lentil soup, garlic sauce, cooked beef, raw beef, stuffed grape leaves, beets, feta cheese, cut lettuce, canned eggplant, and cut tomatoes. Per person in charge – the two pans of the raw chicken, cut lettuce, cut tomatoes, and garlic sauce were all prepared three hours prior. Per person in charge all other foods were in the cooler overnight. Person in charge and employee discarded all the noted food either from the walk-in cooler or that were in the walk-in cooler overnight and moved the noted cut lettuce, tomatoes, garlic sauce, raw chicken and falafel prepared that day to the one-door glass front cooler in the dining room to rapidly cool to 41F or below. A follow up inspection was set.

Currently, utilities can manage higher power flows for a short time to carry out limited repairs without transmission and distribution lines reaching extreme temperatures, but  it may not be enough to handle increased wildfires.
