Spray painting machine for finishing mouldings and linear profiles.

The compact linear spray finishing machine compatible with water or solvent-based coatings to mouldings, flooring boards, siding panel, cladding, timber and other linear profiles, or dismantled window profiles.

Equipped with up to six spray guns on either one or two circuits, the system also has a roller and belt conveyor system to easily move parts through the spray cavity.

This linear spray system allows us to provide our customers with a cost effective coating solution to their finishing needs.

Our Linear Sprayer is an automated linear finishing machine for priming, staining, sealing, and lacquering linear stock. It is capable of applying traditional lacquers, and stain.

The system reads when the board is entering; it triggers the guns in sequence as the molding passes through. The system has the ability to contain multiple guns in 1 or 2 separate configurations for maximum flexibility.
